The Imperial Valley is in Southern California. It is part of a broad desert trough that stretches from Coachella Valley to the Gulf of California. It's soil was formed as the Colorado River to the east slowly carved out the Grand Canyon and carried it's deposits south. Rooted in El Centro with Mount Signal as a beacon to the South East, Wisteria Farms uses the consistent winter climate and river fed irrigation for growing the highest quality vegetables and is why we call the Imperial Valley home.
